Lecture In Progress & Ravensbourne University
A voice for a new generation.
We were asked by Lecture In Progress to create a brand for the Untitled Conference to celebrate the diversity of opportunity within emerging areas of the communications industry and provide a voice for a new generation of young creatives working in this area. Lecture In Progress curated a program of speakers, all under thirty, who analysed how our industries are changing and examined how young people from all backgrounds can have an impact in this new creative landscape.
We created the foundation of a visual identity based around three core values of the conference: Define, Prototype, Engage. This helped to build a series of 3D assets that spanned across print and digital media. The identity was seen by over 300 conference attendees and viewed over 3000 times on social media, plus a feature in both Lecture In Progress and Computer Arts Magazine.
Building the brand.
Toying with the abstract perceptions of the creative industry, we built an identity which represents the three core subjective values of the creative process (Define, Prototype & Engage). Building a metaphorical creative "machine", which influences the brand system throughout the event.
